Drizzle and fog; the rock formations, the sea and the sky blend into each other in various shades of grey. Fortunately, every now and then it clears a little and I can imagine how beautiful the landscape must be in better weather. Well, the different karst shapes can also be seen in the rain…

I meet a whole bunch of nice people on this tour, with a Russian couple I imagine how Ho Chi Minh and Lenin plotted the liberation of Vietnam over a few joints in Moscow… Helps to get over the loneliness of the last few weeks and the fact that the tour programme (3 days, small group) is not really what was promised. It’s also strange how the group is torn apart and reassembled every few hours.
