The pictures lie. The postcards show a romantic fishing village on a peninsula in the sea, small houses on a hill and in front of it a narrow headland with two crescent-shaped beaches on either side. But the village is now a luxury hotel and security guards make sure you don’t get too close. And the entire surrounding coastline is so filled with terribly ugly concrete houses that the view from the hotel room must be really awful… But still, it’s worth stopping briefly at the car park on the main road to take a romantic photo of a romantic pseudo fishing village.
